Thai Foot Massage

Like many of the Eastern ways, traditional Thai Massage has been handed down through the generations and arrived on our Western shores. Thai Foot Massage is performed with the client fully clothed on a massage table. It is a unique blend of techniques from Eastern disciplines put together to form a wonderful, relaxing and therapeutic experience. Familiar yogic, reflexology and tradition Thai movements are noticeable throughout the routine making this massage popular and extremely beneficial on the body's systems, creating balance and producing a feeling of deep relaxation and well being.

Massage of the lower legs, feet and hands allows the therapist to stimulate several reflex points and meridians restoring the homeostasis within the individual. Thai Foot Massage is an ideal therapy to add to your portfolio or to offer as a stand-alone therapy lasting around 40 minutes.

Eddie O'Donnel has been studying Holistic Therapies since 1999 and from the end of 2003 has been running his own therapy business. His clients include individuals, corporates, local authority and charity and volunteer groups. Eddie is currently qualified in 9 therapies including Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candles) and various disciplines of body work and massage. As well as teaching in various venues around the country, Eddie has also delivered talks at conferences, e.g. Motor Neuron Disease AGM at Stirling University and held workshops on several therapies during AGMs for local authority. Eddie is a member of Embody and The Federation of Holistic Therapists.
