• Practical and easy ways for preparing sports people when in the changing room or pitch side
• Areas of the body to be covered will be ankle, foot, knee, thigh, thumbs and shoulders

Sophie Capito is a well established Sports Therapist who trained at the Raworth Institute.  She now works in private clinics as well as a local rugby club and Surrey County Rugby.

This is a very practical, hands on workshop.  Please wear light comfortable clothing.
