Using essential oils in a clinical way requires a combination of knowledge, experience, confidence and innovation. It requires us to have a sound working knowledge of the condition and the tools that we use coupled with the courage to use them in ways that may at times seem outside of our more gentle, holistic approach to working.

This class is intended to introduce how essential oils may be used in acute clinical situations in a safe and effective manner. Pain and infection are key features of acute states and thus the class takes a research-based and holistic approach to demonstrate how essential oils can be used effectively in these situations.
