Nutrition for Surviving Stress and Mental Health
Justine studied nutrition at The U.K. College of Nutrition & Health in London after having a successful career in advertising (she was previously a Director of an agency and has a postgraduate diploma in marketing as well as a degree in English Literature). She became interested in nutrition after suffering from digestive problems in her early twenties and then a few years later experiencing anaphylactic shock allergic reactions.
She graduated with distinction and now lectures for the U.K College of Nutrition & Health. She is also employed by them (in a part-time capacity) to write course materials for their BSc in Nutritional Health. She has lectured for the Food Doctor as well running workshops for other clients such as Tesco, BP, University of Worcester, Bedfordshire Police & Mind. She is currently working on a healthy eating initiative for Brent Council - this is targeting families at risk in deprived areas and involves cookery demonstrations. She has also written a booklet on Healthy Eating for Bedfordshire Police Force and other articles and lectures for groups such as the National Childbirth Trust, The Independent, Men’s Health and Lupus UK.
In a clinical setting Justine specialises in female health issues including conditions such as PCOS, fibroids, PMS, infertility and endometriosis, digestive disorders, allergies and stress management.
