Meditation Workshop

This is a weekend devoted to increasing your well-being as a therapist/healer and it will cover all aspects of the art of meditation with tuition and guidance from Philip, a Master in the art.

During the weekend you will receive individual tuition in order to find the technique most suitable for you.

There will be sessions of meditation and deep, guided relaxation plus time for discussion of sensations experienced during these sessions.  Philip will also access an altered state of consciousness in order to answer any questions you may have regarding your own spiritual growth and experiences.

The aim of this workshop is to enable you to increase your self-awareness and general well-being by controlling and stilling the mind through meditation.  This tuition is especially necessary for those who wish to enter higher states of consciousness at will and is very beneficial for therapists and healers. 

Please bring with you a cushion and blanket.
