Beautiful secluded country house with breathtaking views close to Cartama, Alaurine el Grande and Coin. Nestled in its own orchards with beautiful views of the valley. Finca La Calva is the ideal holiday base for those seeking peace and tranquility, whilst only 30 minutes drive from the coast and airport. Depending on the season, you can enjoy sitting out on our large terrace underneath grape vines or relaxing amongst the fruit trees including oranges, lemons, figs, almonds and tangerines to name but a few.

Changeover day
Flexible, but in peak season Saturday to Saturday. The house should be vacated by 10.00 am on departure day and will be available from 16.00 on day of arrival.
Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, en suite shower, wash basin and toilet. French doors open onto a veranda.
Bedroom 2 is the same but without a shower.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed and is located on the ground floor with use of a fully fitted bathroom.
Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 with Large walk in Shower, Toilet and Wash Basin.
Toilet and wash basin to bedroom 2.
Separate bathroom to bedroom 3. With bath/shower, toilet and wash basin.
Kitchen: Fully equipped hexagonal beamed kitchen with cooker, oven,
microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and toaster etc.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, fruit juicer and coffee perculator etc.
Living Rooms: The dining area leads onto a comfortable lounge fitted with a wood burning stove, Sky tv, dvd, cd and radio player. There are a selection of books and games.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All towels and linen provided except bathing/beach towels.
The house will be cleaned prior to your arrival, fresh towels and linen will be provided on a weekly basis.
Notes on accommodation
The house is fitted with a lovely wood burning stove for the cooler months. For the Summer months there are ceiling fans in the lounge and dining room and free standing fans in the upstairs bedrooms. The property is suitable for children and well behaved pets are welcome.

Accessibility
This Property is reasonably wheelchair friendly, the front door will accommodate a full size chair. The Terrace and surrounding orchards are all on one level so access to the pool bbq and seating areas is very good. The house has a downstairs double bedroom and fully equipped bathroom.
Outside
The front door leads onto a large terraced area shaded from the heat of the sun by a natural canopy of grape vines. From the terrace you can enjoy our orchards, barbecue and pool with various seating areas. Some in dappled shade, others in full sun.
Coast/Beach
The Coast and the resorts of Fuengirola, Torremolimos,
Benalmadena and Marbella are approximatley a 30 minute drive from the Property (19 kilometers).
Golf
There are 33 golf course in the Malaga area. So truely
a golfers paradise!!!
Travel
Malaga Airport is 19 kilometers away and takes 30 mins to drive to the house.
Further details
Please be aware that unless you want to be met at the airport and driven to the property for a total get away from it all holiday a car is viewed as a must.
There are many car hire companies at the airport.
